The concept of rubber cables with highly flexible aluminium conductors was already developed around 20 years ago. As as result, the innovative ALUKAFLEX® cable concept is now the main focus of business activities. The ALUKAFLEX® aluminium cables consist of highly flexible, fine-wire aluminium conductors (class 5, according to DIN VDE 0295, or IEC 60228) and are sheathed in high-quality rubber or PUR materials. Combined with reliable aluminium connection technology, they form an innovative cable concept that makes work significantly easier for professional and industrial users and lowers costs. The cables are up to 60% lighter than conventional rubber hose cables with copper conductors and have at least an equivalent current carrying capacity for the same cross-section thanks to the sheath and insulation materials used, which are particularly resistant to temperature and weathering effects. This makes the ALUKAFLEX® product range ideal for temporary and mobile power supply solutions, for example on construction sites and for events, and for mechanical engineering applications that require highly flexible electric cables. AGK® manufactures individual components for thermal and electrical insulation. Based on drawings, we manufacture one-off parts and small lots using CNC; insulation parts are manufactured up to a size of 1300 x 3400 mm. We offer a selection of more than 100 multi-functional insulating materials. DuroBest® materials are suitable for high-strength, electrically insulating machine parts. Thermosetting materials are used as pressure-resistant insulation up to a temperature of 280 °C. K-Therm® can resist temperatures of up to 1500 °C. Our material range for up to 800 °C is suitable for pressure-resistant electrical insulation. The semi-finished ceramic parts are suitable for mechanically robust components up to 1200 °C. GleitTherm® was developed for special sliding applications, for example slide rails. Special graphites up to 600 °C or composite materials up to 350 °C; additionally, oil-free high-temperature slide bearings up to 800 °C. ThermTextil® offers flexible thermal protection, even when ready-made, from fabrics to hoses. Aramids up to 300 °C, glass fibre textiles up to 800 °C, silicium fibres up to 1200 °C; oxide fibres up to 1400 °C.

Our extensive experience in the design and construction of several thousand heaters ensures that our work is safe and routine. There has been a growing tradition of constructing heat transfer oil systems in the region around the district town of Wiesloch in Baden over the course of the last few decades. The "Wiesloch" design of these systems has become globally known for its brand and quality. The employees of Ascentec GmbH are all recognised specialists in the industry with many years of professional practice. Many of them come from the former company of "Apparatebau Wiesloch", a pioneer in heat transfer oil systems that is also rich in tradition. That's why it's not surprising that, despite being a young company, we nevertheless have decades of experience in the design, construction and implementation of thermotechnical systems. The choice of the headquarters of the Ascentec company in the industrial area of St. Leon-Rot, in the vicinity of Wiesloch, is not a coincidence either. We feel connected to the tradition of boiler construction that reigns here. Our heat transfer oil heater designs follow the globally known "Wiesloch" design that is valued for its reliability and high quality, and unite this with modern construction methods and insights. Our engineering expertise, in conjunction with close cooperation with selected suppliers and proven manufacturing and installation partners, ensures the consistently high quality and reliability of the products.
