Our extensive experience in the design and construction of several thousand heaters ensures that our work is safe and routine. There has been a growing tradition of constructing heat transfer oil systems in the region around the district town of Wiesloch in Baden over the course of the last few decades. The "Wiesloch" design of these systems has become globally known for its brand and quality. The employees of Ascentec GmbH are all recognised specialists in the industry with many years of professional practice. Many of them come from the former company of "Apparatebau Wiesloch", a pioneer in heat transfer oil systems that is also rich in tradition. That's why it's not surprising that, despite being a young company, we nevertheless have decades of experience in the design, construction and implementation of thermotechnical systems. The choice of the headquarters of the Ascentec company in the industrial area of St. Leon-Rot, in the vicinity of Wiesloch, is not a coincidence either. We feel connected to the tradition of boiler construction that reigns here. Our heat transfer oil heater designs follow the globally known "Wiesloch" design that is valued for its reliability and high quality, and unite this with modern construction methods and insights. Our engineering expertise, in conjunction with close cooperation with selected suppliers and proven manufacturing and installation partners, ensures the consistently high quality and reliability of the products.

BBS GmbH was established in 2004 through the merger between BAY Wärmetechnik GmbH and Bay Engineering und Consulting. The new company united the production of industrial boiler systems with the expertise required for engineering modern energy systems and environmental technology. As part of the global Inductotherm Group, we are technology leaders in the inductive heating sector in Europe. We develop, produce and sell induction heating systems for a wide range of industrial applications at our main plant in Reichenbach. We manufacture standard and special hardening systems as well as inverters in large bandwidths. Inductoheat Europe also operates two contract hardening facilities in Reichenbach and Darmstadt, in which our customers have their small and large batches hardened. Our induction manufacturing plant produces these application-specific wear parts in original equipment quality and, if requested, at top speed.

Dieter and Silvi Hemstedt founded their own company with the aim of manufacturing high-quality, specialised heating elements. It was a worthwhile endeavour: A few years later, a total of 20 employees were already working for the company, and sales and space requirements rapidly increased. The product range grew just as fast. Refrigeration technology came along and more and more customers demanded specialised solutions that Hemstedt could implement quickly and precisely. It was this flexibility and high quality that rapidly raised Hemstedt's profile all around the world. More and more frequently, deliveries from the Swabian production site travelled to China, the USA, Russia and many other countries. Today, more than 60 people work in development and manufacturing across a production space of 17, 500 square metres. Therefore, the company today particularly champions the development and manufacturing of energy-efficient heating systems and holistic concepts. These play a significant role in creating production facilities that are not simply climate-neutral, but actually make a positive overall contribution to the environment.
