We are a company in the field of CNC machining, specialising in the production of screws, connecting elements and made-to-order parts. Our company is based in Trier, near the Luxembourg border. The materials that we use for manufacturing include stainless steels, chrome-nickel steels and super duplex such as 1.4410 or 1.4501, as well as high-temperature nickel-based alloys such as Inconel 2.4856 or Nimonic 2.4952. We boast over ten years of experience, and we manufacture products on two new CNC-controlled machines as well as numerous others. The Otto Junker high-grade steel foundry in Lammersdorf, Simerath (20 km south of Aachen), specialises in special alloys. Our range of materials offers customers a wide selection of high-alloy iron-, nickel- and cobalt-based varieties. These materials are melted in highly efficient induction ovens, using vacuum technology where required. Our range of products includes corrosion-resistant alloys, heat-resistant alloys, non-magnetisable alloys, hard-wearing alloys and multiple special nickel- and cobalt-based alloys. We also make cast ferrous materials designed to handle exceptionally high levels of stress corrosion from JUNKERALLOY® nickel-based alloys. We have been producing and supplying many of these materials for decades. We produce more materials than are shown on our website – about 100 varieties in total.
