The Group has sites in Germany in Reichshof (headquarters) and Florstadt, and in Turkey in Dilovasi/Istanbul, employing a staff of roughly 600 people and specialising in cold-forming, joining, threading and cutting tool technology. Berg is the technological and market leader in the field of fittings and connections for radiators and convectors. Other important business sectors include heating, cooling and the automotive industry. As a development partner, Berg develops and manufactures high-precision and safety components for large and specialised suppliers in the automotive industry, for example applied within the fields of vibration damping and airbag gas generators.

J.D. Neuhaus GmbH & Co. KG, which employs more than 200 staff across the Group, produces pneumatic and hydraulic hoists and crane systems at its Witten site in Germany. Due to this unique specialism, J.D. Neuhaus is not only the benchmark for quality in the field, the company is also the global market leader and supplies customers in over 90 countries. The products are characterised by the fact that they reliably move loads of up to 115 t, are durable even in extreme conditions of use and are explosion-proof. They do so, for example, in oil and gas extraction at Arctic temperatures of -45 °C, underwater during ship repairs, in mining, in the chemical industry, in heavy plant construction and in many areas of logistics. Production takes place exclusively at the Witten site. The broad range of products is supplemented by services such as the assembly, inspection, maintenance and general overhaul of the systems as well as training courses for customers.
