Inoxyda manufactures standard alloys and special aluminium bronzes: -Inoxyda 53H / 3P: castings -Inoxyda 53 AMA: non-magnetic applications -Inoxyda 154: high resistance Inoxyda's expertise in the production of large dimension parts makes it possible to produce all technical parts for valves, pumps and turbines, heat exchangers and naval applications including propulsion. Inoxyda uses digital simulation for the design of sand molds. A regular investment policy provides the means of production to ensure the quality of aluminium-bronze sand castings. Inoxyda delivers as-cast, rough or fully machined parts. The company, ISO 9001, has the approvals of classification societies: Bureau Veritas, Lloyd's, ABS, RINA;

The Otto Junker high-grade steel foundry in Lammersdorf, Simerath (20 km south of Aachen), specialises in special alloys. Our range of materials offers customers a wide selection of high-alloy iron-, nickel- and cobalt-based varieties. These materials are melted in highly efficient induction ovens, using vacuum technology where required. Our range of products includes corrosion-resistant alloys, heat-resistant alloys, non-magnetisable alloys, hard-wearing alloys and multiple special nickel- and cobalt-based alloys. We also make cast ferrous materials designed to handle exceptionally high levels of stress corrosion from JUNKERALLOY® nickel-based alloys. We have been producing and supplying many of these materials for decades. We produce more materials than are shown on our website – about 100 varieties in total.

We have the capacity to handle a wide range of diameters, from 80 to 5000 mm and up to 20 tonnes, working with alloys created in-house. Our catalogue includes copper alloys, stainless steels, special steels and aluminiums. We manufacture and machine round items (rings, sleeves, tubes and cylinders) using centrifugal (spun) casting processes. We deliver parts as blanks or machined.

We particularly specialise in the machining of components for German and European plant and tool engineering on a large scale. In the area of retrofitting, we assume responsibility for everything from the renovation of guide rails to the complete modernisation of machine tools.
