Tartary buckwheat tea (soba cha) is a very popular beverage in the East Asia and in Russia and Ukraine. It's not that widely spread in Europe yet, you can find it on Amazon and in some Asian stores, but there are no internationally established brands, so we are aiming to become the first globally known brand of Tartary Buckwheat tea. The Tartary Buckwheat tea has a lot of health benefits that come along with a unique roasted flavour and aroma. It is made from high mountain wild buckwheat kernels and comes to us in the form of granules, which are roasted using special modern technology. It is full of vitamins, magnesium, zinc and antioxidants. It is caffeine, gluten, sugar and sweetener free. It has a detoxing and some mild appetite suppressing effect, it stimulates the metabolism, improves memory in the long term and strengthens the immune system. We have over 50 domestic retailers in Hungary, biggest of which is Kifli, which is one of the top Hungarian online grocery stores, we also have a few international distribution partners across EU and UK, we also sell on Amazon and some other platforms! In our country we produce tea in the highest (IFS) certified packing plant. We currently have 5 flavours in 2 sizes: 100g and XXL (0, 5 kg) packs: Natural, Coconut, Banana, Strawberry and the Gingerbread-Apple flavor, each of them is quite popular and has its own fan base, Strawberry and Natural being the main bestsellers. Most of the teas have a 1, 5 - 2 years expiry date.

Fischer Fermentgetränke GmbH - "Fischer Fermentgetränke GmbH" was founded in 2013. Our family tradition of fermenting herbs and tea blends nevertheless stretches back to 1898. We are therefore one of the oldest kombucha manufacturers worldwide. This makes our products quite unique on the market. In light of our tradition, we make every effort to use the very highest quality ingredients from controlled ecological cultivation (CEC) (Ecocert certification DE-ÖKO-005). Thanks to our long-standing experience and knowledge acquired across four generations, we regularly develop new products: for us and our business partners. Our kombucha production has remained unchanged since 1898. The fundamental belief of the Fischer family lies in the use of high-quality ingredients in a natural production and bottling process. In our traditional, hand-crafted production of kombucha, our herbs and tea recipes are fermented using our own cultures. The sugar required for this is fully consumed (<0.5 g/l). Moreover, we deliberately forego pasteurisation, heat treatment and filtering processes. This means that our home-grown cultures remain active even after bottling and develop the carbon dioxide in the bottle themselves in a natural way.
