KIGEMA specializes in centrifugal casting for the production of bushes, rings, and sleeves using a comprehensive range of copper alloys compliant with international and local casting standards (such as DIN EN 1982: 1998-12, PN-EN 1982, DIN 1705, 1709, 1714, PN 91/H-87026, ASTM B271, BS 1400), including the utilization of special alloys. Our offered materials encompass bronze, aluminum bronzes, leaded bronzes, special bronze, brass, and custom alloys. At KIGEMA, we possess a dedicated laboratory facilitating mechanical property testing, such as hardness, elongation, and micrometer analysis. We conduct thorough penetration and ultrasonic tests and issue certificates of conformity compliant with EN 10204-2.2, 2.3, 3.1B. Furthermore, our company maintains an air-conditioned measuring room equipped with high-quality and regularly calibrated instruments, including calipers, altimeters, depth calipers, inside micrometers, bore gauges, outside micrometers, and roughness testers.

Our company has been specializing in the production of aluminum alloys and deoxidizers for over 35 years. Thanks to our extensive experience and qualified staff, we can ensure that we meet the requirements of our customers. We offer aluminum alloys in the form of bars and deoxidizers in the form of granules. Through continuous investment in our production process, we are able to continuously improve the quality of our products. Our aluminum casting alloys are produced according to applicable standards such as PN EN 1676, DIN 1725, PN-76/H-88027, ZN-86/MH-MN-260-14, or modified according to the chemical composition specified by the customer. Each alloy is filtered and refined to ensure that it meets high-quality standards. We also offer aluminum for steel deoxidation in grades A2, A4, A5, and A6, which can also be produced according to the chemical composition specified by the customer. Our deoxidizers are used by leading companies in the steel industry and help remove oxygen and other impurities from the steel process. In addition to aluminum alloys, our sales offering also includes various types of scrap and waste that are a byproduct of the production process or scrap classification.
