Wire meshes made of metal or plastic are produced at DGS as coils, but we also manufacture wire mesh products such as filters, droplet separators or pressed parts, just the way our customers need it. Environmental technology, process engineering, used air extraction technology or automotive engineering: The operational areas are diverse, and we enjoy working with our customers on new ideas and solutions. Our well-stocked stores, efficient production and our own cleaning of industrial parts make us a fast, flexible and reliable partner.

Thanks to more than 60 years of concentrated further development of our core business, our company now specialises in producing grids and meshes of all kinds for our customers. We provide products both for retail and directly for end customers. Our company was founded in 1945 as a metalworking company with subdivisions for fencing and door construction. Even in its early years, the company incorporated a small mechanical engineering department, in order to design wire processing machines for in-house use. In the 1970s, wire weaving developed into an equally important source of income for the company. In 1978, the first fully automatic production facility for corrugated grids and stamping grids was built, the company relocated to Erkrath and new markets were opened up thanks to the company concentrating on manufacturing wire meshes. In 1995, the product range was expanded to include spot-welded grids and profile edgings. Manufacturing is now carried out on four fully automated production lines.

The manufacture of wire mesh is based on traditional craftsmanship. Making high-tech products from wire mesh requires state-of-the-art production and finishing equipment too, like that used at PACO. This is created in PACO's in-house Development and Mechanical Engineering departments. PACO wire meshes for silk-screen printing are some of the world's best in their numerous areas of application.

We manufacture spot-welded wire mesh to your measurements and specifications - WDM Deutenberg specialises in industrial wire mesh manufactured to individual customer requirements. Our spot-welded wire mesh is available in sizes from 300 x 250 mm to 8000 x 2400 mm depending on the mesh type and wire diameter. We use four different types of wire and materials to produce our meshes: bare wire, galvanised wire, zinc-aluminium-coated wire and stainless steel wire.
